Every wave is different and unique.
Some you let go and let it pass.
You can’t catch a wave by watching. You have to do the work. Same in life, you can’t catch and pray for opportunities. You have to do the initial work and take action. Paddle.
When you see and feel a good wave coming, you prepare and have to put in all your energy to paddle.
If you see an amazing opportunity come your way, dedicate your all to paddle full forth. Then you can enjoy the wave!
And the feeling of riding a wave for the first time is one of the most exhilerating feelings ever!

Surfing Lessons is one of the fun activities that we offer here on Maui – privately or with a group. The only requirement is that you can swim. We have some very beginner friendly waves and shallow locations for you to ride some waves!
